I was honoured to present this fantastic painting to The Princess of Wales Hospital on behalf of the Bridgend Disabled Veterans Random Act of Kindness Association. This painting expresses our gratitude as a community for the incredible work of our NHS heroes, many of whom made extraordinary sacrifices to ensure they could continue to provide patients with the best care possible throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
My Work in Bridgend & Porthcawl
I’m looking to nominate a Constituency Responsible Business Champion for 2022. This is a great opportunity to recognise businesses that work closely with charities, clubs or schools to support the community.
Lately, I have been working with the Home Office Ukraine Help Desk to assist with the Homes for Ukraine applications. This Help Desk has also been able to provide me with updates on constituent passport applications.

If there’s anything I can do to help, please do not hesitate to get in touch at Jamie.email@example.com.
Since becoming your Member of Parliament, I have fought hard against plans to locate a women’s residential centre within our constituency. I am pleased that the Justice Minister has listened to the concerns I raised with her regarding the proposed sites in Bridgend and Porthcawl.
I have written to the Welsh Government to raise my concerns regarding provisions for children with vision impairments in Wales. I have called for the Welsh Government to deliver a structured programme of support for local authorities
It was great to attend the Porthcawl RNLI’s naming ceremony of their new D class lifeboat. The lifeboat has been named after Hugo Missen, who tragically died of leukaemia at fifteen months old.
