have been in contact with the Minister for Safe and Legal Migration, Kevin Foster MP, to discuss the UK Government’s efforts to improve passport services.
It was reassuring to hear that Her Majesty’s Passport Office’s staffing numbers have increased and will continue to increase throughout the summer.
Additionally, I was pleased to hear that Her Majesty’s Passport Office has increased staffing on the MP Hotline- which I use daily to provide constituents with updates on their passport applications.
I will continue to liaise with Her Majesty’s Passport Office to provide daily updates to those in the constituency who are having trouble with their applications.
