It was great to visit Pyle and Kenfig Golf club and Coed Y Mwstwr Golf Club.
Both clubs are home to terrific golf courses with over 600 members. It is fantastic to see these clubs thriving with members from Bridgend and across Wales.
I was pleased to hear that both clubs have seen a rise in members under 30. It is reassuring to see that the youth are engaged with golf now more than ever.
These clubs are at the heart of our sporting community here in Bridgend and Wales and I am proud to have them in the constituency. I look forward to supporting them and their efforts to increase participation in the sport across the area.
