In light of the emerging evidence on the Omicron variant, The UK and Welsh Government have announced that from 4 am on Tuesday 7 December anyone aged 12 and above wishing to travel to the UK will need to show a negative pre-departure test (Lateral Flow or PCR) as close as possible to departure and not more than 48 hours before departure to the UK.
I am pleased to see that 20 Million booster jabs have been administered across the UK! This is a fantastic effort by our NHS, who are working tirelessly to ensure that we are protected from COVID this winter.
