I attended the public vigil in support of Ukraine in Bridgend Town Centre.
The vigil was an opportunity for the Bridgend community to come together and show our solidarity with the people of Ukraine.
It was fantastic to see our community show our support by collecting essentials such as medicines that will be sent to communities in Ukraine.
As a nation, we will not stand and watch Russia attack the sovereignty of another country. We will continue to stand by the people of Ukraine.
