It was great to meet with Steve Richards, the CEO of Parkdean, which operates Trecco Bay. I was pleased to be joined by Tom Giffard MS.
We discussed several issues concerning Trecco Bay, including the UK Government’s £90 million investment into the hospitality industry.
It was fantastic to hear of the success of the Kickstart scheme In Bridgend and Porthcawl. The scheme has been used to provide jobs for young people in the constituency. Across Wales there are 5,000 Kickstart jobs, tackling youth unemployment in Bridgend and across the country.
