Local MP Jamie Wallis, has paid tribute during a recent visit to Shillibiers in Pyle.
Founded in 1973, the company now employs 23 members of staff and has been involved in our communities ever since.
Commenting on the visit, Jamie said: “It is great to visit yet another local, successful business with close ties to our communities.
“I would like to thank Leyton and all the team at Shillibiers for such a warm welcome and will work with them, to ensure their next 40 years are just as rewarding as the last.
“This is just one example of how successful businesses are ingrained within their communities and the contribution they make towards making Bridgend a great place to live. A big thumbs up from me!
“I want to do all I can in the coming years to support our local economy, and make Bridgend, Porthcawl and Pyle great places to do business!”
