More than 100,000 people from Ukraine have now been welcomed into homes across the UK through the Homes for Ukraine scheme.
The British People have shown their generosity and goodwill towards the people of Ukraine. We have a long and proud history of taking in people and need and supporting the most vulnerable in their darkest hour. I am proud that the UK has continued this tradition for the people of Ukraine.
Since the opening of the Homes for Ukraine scheme, I have worked with the Home Office to provide regular updates to constituents on their applications. Over 70 homes in Bridgend & Porthcawl have taken part in the Homes for Ukraine scheme.
