I have been increasingly concerned about the volume of complaints that I have received from Porthcawl residents regarding long delays in getting GP appointments at the Health Centre.
I have been in touch with the practice manager to offer my support. In addition, to assess the scale of the problem, I have created a survey for residents to let me know what difficulties they have encountered. It would be great to get as many responses as possible.
