Local MP, Jamie Wallis has today held a successful public meeting on the proposed development at the former St John’s School site in Porthcawl.
The proposal includes the construction of 74 houses.
Speaking after the public meeting, Jamie said:
“Over 100 people came along to the public meeting I organised this morning in Newton, to discuss the proposed development at the former St. John’s school site.
“It was really productive to have the community together in a room to hear their concerns and I’ll fight tooth and nail to act on their behalf!
“We will keep the pressure on the Council and we will keep an eye out for when this application is submitted in full for consideration”
