I have written to the Home Secretary to ask what recent discussions she has had with international counterparts on cybersecurity.
I was pleased to be informed that the Home Secretary works closely with our international partners, such as Denmark, on cybersecurity.
Additionally, I was assured that the UK Government will continue to invest in our national cyber defence, including the launch of the National Cyber Strategy. This strategy will strengthen the response from law enforcement to keep the UK safe from cyber threats.
By working closely with our allies, we can identify and mitigate cyber threats whilst protecting our national security.
