Tourism Tax

Opposing the Welsh Tourism Tax

Labour’s tourism levy could spell disaster for the Welsh tourism industry. I have highlighted this in my column for the Seaside News. The tourism tax will mean that visitors will pay more to visit Wales than they will to go to other popular places such as Cornwall or the Lake District.

Question to the Chancellor Regarding the Welsh Tourism tax

The recently announced coalition deal between Welsh Labour and Plaid Cymru in the Welsh Parliament contains a tourism tax. I raised this issue in the House to the Chancellor.
